Grief

If you or a loved one are finding it hard to cope after a death, it may be helpful to talk to a trained professional.

After losing a loved one, people may hold on to being angry or sad to keep away from others. This helps them feel connected to the deceased. People may even fear that they are going crazy.  These are very common and natural reactions after a death.

Sometimes people have difficulty mourning when they haven’t grieved an earlier loss adequately for a variety of reasons.

Psychotherapy can be useful to help people sort out their feelings.
